How do I know a product's delivery time?

On each product page below the price is the timeline. Stock items ship in 24–72 hours; custom or ordered items have their manufacture time. The same timeline appears in your order summary before you pay.

How much does shipping cost?

Flat rate of 6,95 € to mainland Spain and 9,95 € to the Balearic Islands, and free from €150. Large-format carpets are not sold online: they are in-store only. We don't ship to Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, and it's free. Choose the Girona, Blanes or Palamós store at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Tick «I need an invoice with tax ID» at checkout and fill in the details.

Asking for one doesn't turn you into a company. A private individual can request a full invoice with their ID number and remains a consumer, with their 14 days to return things. What does change the régime is who buys: a company or a professional buying within their business has no 14-day withdrawal right, because that right belongs to consumers. Everything else — warranty, delivery times, faulty goods — is the same.

How do I pay?

With Apple Pay, Google Pay or card at the bank's secure gateway (Redsys). We don't store your card data.

Can I return a product?

Stock items, yes: you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without reason. Custom or ordered items are made specifically for you and don't allow returns, as the law specifies; you'll see this noted before paying.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Note it on the carrier's slip and email us ASAP with photos. You have a 3-year legal warranty: we'll repair it, replace it, or refund you, at no cost.

How do I choose sheet size?

By mattress width: 90, 105, 135, 150, 160, 180 or 200 cm. Fitted sheets adapt to mattresses up to 30 cm thick. If unsure, measure your mattress and email us.

What does the thread count mean?

It's the number of threads per square inch of fabric. More threads mean softer feel and denser weave. 200 is good everyday cotton; 300 and 400 are softer; 600 is the finest.

What sizes do the carpets come in?

In the catalogue sizes. We don't cut carpets to measure in the online shop, so every carpet here is an ordinary stock product and keeps its 14 days to return it.

Large ones — three metres or more on both sides — carry a size surcharge, because a rolled carpet that big travels as oversized freight. You'll see it itemized before paying.

If you want a carpet cut to your own measurements, that we do in the stores: ask us in Girona, Blanes or Palamós.

Do you make custom curtains and blinds?

Yes, but we don't sell them here: they're made to measure with an in-home visit. Request a free quote at the Cortinatges Esteba website.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If it hasn't shipped yet and it's a stock item, email us and we'll handle it. Custom items can't be canceled once payment is confirmed.
