1. Who sells

The seller and manager of the Esteba Online shop is:

The store sells products from various manufacturers, selected by the company. The sales contract is made exclusively between you and Cortinatges Esteba S.L., the sole seller responsible to you. If you want to know who makes a specific item, ask us and we'll tell you.

2. Scope

These terms govern distance sales of home textiles and décor items (bedding, bathroom, dining, kitchen, living room, carpets and décor) through Esteba Online, with delivery to Spain. By placing an order, you accept these terms, the shipping and returns policy, and the privacy policy.

Companies and professionals may also buy. One difference matters, and it is the law's, not ours: the 14-day right of withdrawal is a consumer right, so it does not apply to purchases made by a company or by a professional acting within their business. Everything else — warranty, delivery times, defective goods — applies the same way.

Asking for an invoice does not change which of the two you are. A private individual may request a full invoice with their ID number and remains a consumer, with their 14 days intact.

3. How to buy

  1. Choose the product and, if applicable, its options (size, color, finish; for custom items, measurements and trim).
  2. Add it to the cart and go to checkout.
  3. Before paying you see all pre-contract information: description, total price with VAT, shipping costs, delivery time for each product, and for custom items, the opt-out notice.
  4. Tick the required boxes: acceptance of these terms and privacy policy, and if there's a custom item, consent to opt-out exclusion.
  5. Pay via Redsys (Apple Pay, Google Pay and card). Payment confirmation perfects the contract.
  6. You receive a confirmation email with all order details and these terms.

4. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euros, VAT included.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately and added to the total before payment.
  • Payment is made entirely in advance at the secure Redsys gateway. The seller does not store your card data: the gateway handles it under PCI DSS standard.

5. Contract confirmation

The contract is perfect once payment is confirmed. Under Article 98.7 of RDL 1/2007, you'll receive confirmation on durable media (email) with all terms and pre-contract information. We recommend keeping it.

6. Availability and timelines

The availability and delivery time for each product are shown on its page and order summary before payment. For custom or ordered items, delivery may exceed 30 days and you accept this expressly when confirming purchase.

7. Right to withdraw

The withdrawal regime (14 days for stock items; Article 103.c exclusion of RDL 1/2007 for custom items) is detailed in the shipping and returns policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Legal warranty

As a consumer you have a 3-year legal conformity warranty from delivery (Articles 114 et seq. of RDL 1/2007). If the product does not conform, you have the right to repair or replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, at no cost.

9. Ownership

Product ownership transfers with full payment, which occurs before shipping.

10. Liability and force majeure

The seller is not liable for non-performance due to force majeure or causes beyond its reasonable control. This does not exclude or reduce consumer legal rights.

12. Dispute resolution

The European online dispute resolution platform stopped functioning on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, repealing 524/2013): the link to it no longer works, which is why it's not here.

If we don't reach agreement, you can contact the Catalan Consumer Authority or your municipal consumer information office, and also the Consumer Arbitration Board that corresponds to you.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For relations with consumers, the jurisdiction is that of the consumer's address.

14. Severability

If any clause is found void, the rest remains valid.
